GANGTOK, Feb 17 – The outgoing Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court A H Saikia today inaugurated a new High Court building equipped with various facilities for the members of the bench and the Bar.
The outgoing Chief Justice, who has been transferred in the same capacity to Jammu and Kashmir High Court, said that he was privileged to get the opportunity to inaugurate the new building before his departure.
The new building of the Sikkim High Court has been constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 6.5 crore and has five court rooms, a library and chambers of the advocates, besides other facilities.
