This was informed by Union Finance Minister, Mr Pranab Mukherjee, in a letter to Chief Minister, Mr Tarun Gogoi, official sources said on Tuesday.
Apart from the loan, ADB would also provide a grant of one million US dollars for capacity development of the power sector utilities.
